This one is some Fanfic for Shadowrun. It tries to tie Shadowrun to EarthDawn. It was intended to expand to a book, but once the firefight was over, it never went anywhere. In particular, I had heard that FASA was trying to distance Shadowrun from the Earthdawn prehistory.

I am happy that I managed to tie up the firefight, introduce the brother and father, and prepare for the next installment. I also liked how I was able to call upon past history of the Red Raiders in a short amount of space. I.e., I didn't go off on a tangent and get stuck in their past.

By the way, I went to Kaiserslautern American High School in Germany for a couple of years (also check out KAHS Alumni Association). The school teams were known as the Red Raiders. You can see a nice haircut here: Ktown83.
